Health Coaching

Health coaching is an enormous part of a successful person's life. To be successful most people require superior physical and mental stamina, especially as they age. As a Naturopathic Physician, Clinical Nutritionist, Stress Reduction Counselor, and an expert on Brain Chemistry and Aging, I feel that my expertise in these areas can give individuals the physical and mental edge they seek.

As a health coach, I will design a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise, nutritional DNA/blood testing, if desired) and supplement regimen for motivated persons that will prevent illness and increase the physical and mental stamina they seek. Sessions are 2 times per month for 1/2 hour per session by telephone. Health coaching is for healthy adults of all ages.

Life Coaching

The life coach uses the power of commitment to enable their clients to achieve beneficial and measurable results in all areas of their lives. Life coaching is a holistic process that has the power to balance and harmonize life. It concentrates on the person's whole life instead of just one area. There are many approaches in life coaching, but it is basically about achieving results. The life coach closes the gap between thinking about doing and actually doing. The life coach assists the client, through the power of commitment to achieve the results they seek.
